Departure Dress

So before I leave the wedding reception I will change out of my beloved and gorgeous wedding dress into something a little more comfortable.

Here's what I've come up with so far...

    If I was in your place and making the vote for myself...I'd pick something and throw it together the week before, that's already in my closet! :-D But for you? Red striped top and black skirt/bottom :)

    I think the 3rd one is the most "you", however I don't think it's the most post-wedding type "you". I think it'd be a cute dress to wear any other day, but is it the one you want to see in waving farewell pictures for years to come? Just a thought.

    The white one is very classic and I like that you'll be going from wedding white to toned- down-casual but still wedding white.

    I think the blue has a simplistic Sara flare and an "I'm off to my honeymoon" type feel that creates a good mix for what you're going for. The only draw back I see is that it's very plain; I'm wondering what shoes you'd wear to spice it up...perhaps the ones you blogged about recently? Or maybe your wedding dress shoes--I bet they're fancy!

    I don't know how you'll choose! All three are great! My vote is...the white. Good Luck!! XO

    For what it's worth, the navy is classy, with a bit of flare to show personality. The white would be my second choice, though I like SaraH's assessment of keeping it in the "whites", and honestly the last one I would just cross off the list. It looks more like cruise wear - fun and flirty, yes, but not post-wedding dress. For what it's worth ...
