Hon- it's entirely possible that the alcohol will be burned off by the roasting process. This is what usually happens when one uses alcohol in cooking *although I'm sure you're aware of that. Worth a test run on a liquor-friendly friend, however.
ReplyDeleteDarling, I'm not paranoid about consuming trace amounts of alcohol, I simply have no desire to purchase it.
