Roasted Cherries?!

Just as soon as I can figure how to do this without the booze, I'm in...


  1. Hon- it's entirely possible that the alcohol will be burned off by the roasting process. This is what usually happens when one uses alcohol in cooking *although I'm sure you're aware of that. Worth a test run on a liquor-friendly friend, however.

  2. Darling, I'm not paranoid about consuming trace amounts of alcohol, I simply have no desire to purchase it.

    Does anyone have a good alternative to recommend?
