IKF got me started on these books and I devoured the first two. I now sneak in chapters of the 3rd one at every opportunity... on the bike at the gym, during lunch, while IKF does homework...
They are geared for a slightly younger audience, so I would recommend them for 10 and up even, but the story is so good that grown-ups will enjoy it too. The 3rd one in particular is starting to get really interesting.
