Today I had lunch with some beautiful friends that I haven't seen in quite some time. They were of course asking how I like married life and as we were discussing things it struck me just how peaceful and solid it feels to me to be married to Ian. He anchors my life in a powerful and profound way. It is truly a miracle to love and be loved so completely.

When Husband and I were dating, he made me a CD with this song on it and I'd listen to it on my drives home at 2 am midnight when I was able to pry myself away. Goodness but I love that man.

Now that I've found my husband, it feels like it was inevitable all along that we'd end up together. If I could go back, I would tell myself not to worry so much because it really does work out.
