I've been having a hard time finding the joy in life lately.

Consequently, I have put myself on a "gratitude karma" regimen. Every time I complain about something I have to think of two things I'm grateful for. So far it's been helping.

Salted Caramel

I'm a little bit obsessed with salted caramel right now. Last year around this time I made salted caramel thumbprint cookies. They were awesome.
