Central Park in Spring

There is something really special about Central Park. Because everyone in Manhattan lives in  apartments, Central Park is like a gigantic communal back yard. When I lived in New York I was just two blocks away, and the second the sun came out in the spring a great collective sigh was released as everyone dusted off their picnic blankets and headed out the door.
