Red Braid

This makes me want red hair again.

Love these dresses

I would wear both of these outfits.

I love them so much I would wear only these outfits and just alternate back and forth. Gosh I'm such a sucker for black and white.

Dapper Lou

If you have any interest at all in men's fashion, check out DapperLou.com. Those boys can dress.

I ain't bored.

Scissor Beats Paper

Way to go Winston.

I miss you

I used to live two blocks from Central Park. Shots like this always get to me. *sigh*

Lookin' Good George

George Harrison channels James Dean.

George never looked so good.

Snow Angel

Goodness and Truth

Amen.

Hot Black Sparkly Awesomeness

I want.

Charmed, I'm sure.

I long to participate in the outdated social practice of receiving visitors and leaving calling cards.

If I were to create my own personal calling cards, I would use this image as inspiration.

Maybe I'll make personal business cards... I think I'm on to something...

Because you're mine, I walk the line...

This is a cute Johnny and June copy cat shot.

Mail

I love this time of year for so many reasons. But one of those reasons is most certainly the mailbox. For this one month each year, you can be reasonably certain that there will be more than bills and catalogs waiting for you. Instead you will get actual cards in the mail, sent by people, containing information about their lives and often including pictures!

'Tis the season for checking the mail daily instead of weekly at my house.

Crystal

The always stunning Crystal Renn.

In my wildest dreams I will never have as much mystique as this woman.

Sparkle

Surprisingly, I don't have any shoes that are sequin.

This should change. And if New Year's isn't a good reason to buy sparkle shoes, I don't know what is.

Gooey Bliss

I will never get tired of this movie and it will always make me mushy inside.

Especially this shot. I'm a little ball of goo right now.

Water-Wow

WHERE is this? I need to go.

Did you hear that husband? We are going to see a waterfall in a rainforest. Cool? Glad you're on board.

Merry On!

Beware. Sheep Crossing.

During my first few days in Scotland, everytime we saw a sheep we would take out our cameras. After the first few days of hiking through the hills we realized that the sheep are flippin' everywhere, and we stopped taking pictures.

But I still think of those first few days when I see cool sheep pictures.

Tote

I'm totally diggin' this tote...

Wise Men

Professional of Human Resources

Oh sweet relief, I passed.

I'll admit, it was touch and go there for awhile. All of my practice test scores were coming in all over the place, so I didn't know what to expect.

But I have a little piece of paper that says "pass" on it now, and I'm not giving it up. Not for puppy dog eyes, not for gingerbread, not for a whole case of Diet Dr. Pepper (because I already have one of those, duh).

And now slowly, but surely, I am coming out of the dark cave of cram-studying and into the twinkle lights of the holiday season... further evidence of that to follow very, very soon.

Iglow (hee hee)

Boss

Christmas!

In a word, idyllic.

Look Alikes

I think the young Peter O'Toole...

Looks like Glee's Matthew Morrison...

Right?

I get distracted by pretty things

Which is why I just accidentally killed half an hour ogling this website and daydreaming about making the perfect scrabble cookies...

... which is a really bad idea, since I'm supposed to be studying. I have a big test tomorrow to get my PHR credential (because for my official career I've chosen Eclecticism!), so I've had to put all of my blogging and holiday cheer on lock down for the last week or so... Sorry the posting has been a little thin. After tomorrow everything will be back to normal and I'll post pictures of the way that Christmas exploded in my apartment.

(Remember the caroling garlands? Oh yes, it's happening.)

Remember New York Legos?

Well, now there's a book...
