Why "Whitefrog?"
The inspiration for our name came from a trip to a rain forest where we saw dart frogs in their natural habitat. Seeing the dart frogs in person, we noticed how REALLY tiny and yet REALLY visible they were because of their vivid coloring.
The visual appeal of these colorful little frogs against the lush greens of the rain forest made a lasting impression. The frogs on display came in all colors, from yellow to purple, blue, black, orange and numerous others - everything except white.
A commet was made "Hey, the name of the business could be 'white frog'" and was shortly followed by a giddy epiphany, "and the tagline could be leap!" At that moment Whitefrog was created.
And that's how we chose the name Whitefrog.

I'm just sayin'
Dear World,
One by one, my siblings are coming around to blogging. Which is great, because they are brilliant, creative, hilarious and it needs to be shared with the world.
You've no doubt already met Emily.
I would now like to introduce you to Seth!
There is a rumor that Melissa will soon be blogging as well... no word on Sam just yet.
Enjoy.

Mr. Boddington
I don't even live in New York any more and I'm still discovering cool things that are there.
Mr. Boddington's Studio is possibly the most charming stationary/invitation/design shop I've ever discovered. Do visit their website so that you may be equally charmed.

Manhandled
Have I mentioned lately how awesome Etsy is? Take a browse through the next time you have an hour to kill. It will yield tons of inspiration and you'll find some really fun stuff.
Case in point: Manhandled. They are a husband and wife team that make funky, off beat, fun buttons etc.
