Bye Em!

Today my youngest sister left to serve a mission for the LDS Church in Lima, Peru for 18 months.

I cried a 4 cup pyrex full of tears (yes, I measured) and then immediately began writing her a letter that mostly consisted of my trying to draw a llama.

Llamas are from Peru, and you know how I feel about llamas.

I miss her already, but I admire her so much for her bravery, her commitment to her faith and her belief in serving others.
