The ADORABLE Melanie from You Are My Fave, made these for her 25th birthday party. (Why did I think of that?!)
She provided a link to the instructions on Not Martha, and they don't look too complicated, even for me.
So now I will have a fiesta and make mini pinatas!
... After the wedding of course.
